Account was hijacked back in 2021. Reported to Farcebook. They said everything was in order. Tried to contact them several more times...no response. Unfortunately one star is the lowest. They don't deserve any, but hey they're making money and that's all that counts. Screw the users.Update: Amazing how after I posted here Farcebook removed the other account the very next day. I guess when the complaint isn't kept "in house" someone actually acts on it. The message in my inbox said they found the account wasn't in line with community standards. The message directly before that one said the other account didn't violate community standards. GOOD WORK Farcebook staff! Contradictory, but good.

I have never seen a thing like this. I accessed to their website for trial and i did not like their tracks because many were not flac or HI-FI as they call in this site. So seeing this very bad i decided to cancel my plan and remove my account. I tried for some hours but it is very difficult to remove your account because every time you access to their website with user and password those are always wrong. So you can reset password if they send you an email but the problem they do not send you often any email. After i have accessed with my account with big problems i was able to cancel my account but i am not sure because they did not send me any confirmation via email after some hours as they had told. I gave one star because i was not able to give 0 star. Stay away from this bad company and do not trust of them.

Ahrefs keeps getting more expensive each month. Now, they’ve also added a "credit" system, so if you pay around $150-160 per month, you can only use their search bar a maximum of 500 times. This, combined with poor customer support and consistently lagging behind on rankings, makes it ridiculous for the amount of money they charge. I’m not supporting Ahrefs anymore.

Horrific Support. The Risk Management department is not accessible to Braintree clients. A ticket must be submitted to the Fraud Tools department, which does not have the capability of addressing a carding attack, nor do they have the authority to elevate a ticket to the actual Risk Management department. 5 days, multiple tickets, calls to the PayPal parent company (also claiming they can't reach Braintree) and over 165,000 fraudulent credit card authorization attempts against our merchant account, the Risk Team finally noticed a problem and shut down our account. We sent so many tickets to them begging for help. We finally got a manager who blamed our website for the breach. We have incredible fraud protection AND there was no fraudulent activity shown in our traffic, shopping cart or code. We immediately changed our merchant bank before they even noticed the carding attack on their side. We were back to business and on our their side, the authorizations were still piling in by the minute. We sent a very well written account of our experience with them, the attempts at reaching them, the proof that the problem is on their end from a technical position, and they sent a defensive response in return trying to explain away their slow response, while rejecting blame for the problem. Our account was never accessible to us once they froze it. Luckily we were able to void most of the authorized transactions before the account was frozen. 3 weeks after the date our account was closed, they electronically debited our checking account for charge backs they failed to void before closing our account. My bank quickly reversed the charges and permanently blocked Braintree's electronic access to our account. The chargeback didn't bother us as much as accessing the our bank account without notice and AFTER our account was closed. They have a track record of ethical problems according to many other client reviews. We're just one of many that have a story of our own.

We finally were able to cancel our twilio account after 3 months of trying. The absolute incompetence of their customer service is astounding. After promising us a full refund multiple times they kept all of the money that we had pre-established in our account in anticipation of using their services even though they denied our campaign without any cause. Our campaign was a small internal one for our staff only. What a joke. I hope someone will start a class action lawsuit in CA about their cancellation policy. One click to cancel? Try 3 months and countless back and forth emails. Never pre-populate funds in this service. They will take your money. We still have funds sitting in there and they will not refund.
