Pray you don't have an issue.Google Fi's actual service works pretty well but unfortunately is let down by absolutely abismal customer support. They've outsourced their support to India and if you have a problem don't expect a human to be able to apply any reasoning or inteligence to fixing it.I had an instance where the website wasn't correctly applying a promotional credit to my account. It took more than 20 support tickets opened and it was not resolved. They don't read your message or do anything to address it. They seem to be incentivised by the amount of tickets they answer with canned responses and then closed. You might as well be speaking with a bot.I've used Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile but Google Fi really sets a new bar for how bad customer support can be. Avoid unless you have no other option for international service.

The return policy is all on the customer. I've spent $300 on shipping, in order to facilitate the return. My product arrived with a cracked frame. Returns must be back to them within 30 days of the order, but it took 17 days for it to be delivered to me, leaving me less time to get it back to them than they used to get the order to me.

New update has left me demotivated and disillusioned.Just coming up to 2 years without missing a day and then yesterday I decided I’d had enough and cancelled my subscription.I used to start my day with Duolingo and feel positive and motivated. For the last several weeks I realised it was making me angry and frustrated.And don’t even get me started over the ridiculous timed quizzed that are impossible to finish with out timer upgrades.Au revoir, Duolingo

God I wish I had read reviews first. I cannot believe in this day and age a software company can act so dodgy. I paid for expensive membership and within 2 hours I realised this was not for me and asked for a refund. Apparently that two hours of looking at a few graphs was worth $300 to statista so they refused! After escalating the matter and a lot of messing about I managed to get back 70% of my funds. I urge all of you looking for a refund to take it up immediately with your bank and dispute the transaction - statista is not immune to consumer rights

Morons. Do not try to deal with their support. Their items themselves they sell are fine. However if anything breaks, do yourself a favour and do not deal with their support, the level of incompetence is on another level. I won't even go into it in detail, it'll cause me stress

Absolutely useless technical support who knows nothing about their own products. They also lie about their features that do not work and what they support. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy an elementor product.Tech support is happy to blame everybody else except solve a problem. They claim to support jetpack and have options to select jetpack for videos so that you can use a different CDN. Yet the second you tell them you're using it and it's not working. They'll tell you they don't actually support it and then it's not functional in their software. That's particularly funny because they have documentation on their website all about it. They have it in their marketing materials and it's selectable from menus while you're making your widget. Ask them about this and I'll just throw up their hands and tell you to use YouTube instead, which is not remotely a comparable solution. YouTube is not a CDN and brands itself all over your website. There's a reason that jetpack is the most used video CDN out there. LMN tour says they support it and you can use it and they have dropdown menus for it but they don't work and they don't care.
