Pray you don't have an issue.Google Fi's actual service works pretty well but unfortunately is let down by absolutely abismal customer support. They've outsourced their support to India and if you have a problem don't expect a human to be able to apply any reasoning or inteligence to fixing it.I had an instance where the website wasn't correctly applying a promotional credit to my account. It took more than 20 support tickets opened and it was not resolved. They don't read your message or do anything to address it. They seem to be incentivised by the amount of tickets they answer with canned responses and then closed. You might as well be speaking with a bot.I've used Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile but Google Fi really sets a new bar for how bad customer support can be. Avoid unless you have no other option for international service.
