Otto has cancelled already paid order

Otto has cancelled already paid order. As simple as that. Not the first time. A couple of months ago they said they tried the delivery of another item (that was really cheap there) 3 times and then simply sent it back. I did not get a single notice (neither per email nor in paper) that any of the tries really took place. So the suggestion was to order again, of course with the much higher price.Never again.
