Bought a laptop on Boxing Day and got a good deal, unit arrived quickly and the same day I got it I set it up and let way through the setup the unit lost power and shut down, went online to their site and tried everything to no avail. Called them up on the same day I received it, told them my problem and said I would like a replacement, they checked their stock told me that they had a replacement and the next day I get an email saying that.they didn’t have stock so I should just put in for a refund. I told them that I still wanted the computer and was willing to wait for one to come back into stock. They said I should get it by Jan 15z Jan 4th I reach out just wanting to make sure they haven’t forgotten about me and then the story changed to (after several convoluted exchanges) that I had until Jan 15 to get a refund otherwise I would buy the brick and they would no longer replace the unit. So here I am I bought a top end laptop from them at a good price, it craps out and then they don’t do the right thing which would be to replace the thing but instead tell me that I have a time limit and if inwantnronmakenaureningetbmy money back in better return it by Jan 15. I tried to get them to just honor the replacement and I said I would be willing to wait but they said, sorry it’s our policy. So they basically forced me to lose out on the deal I got, return the P.O.S. And buy another one at a higher price. What a joke!!! Not what any of us would consider reasonable.
