Driver tried to deliver wrong order.Told him it was the wrong order, he said he would take it back and sort it. Called McDonald's it was ordered from, was told to contact uber for a refund. They're now arguing for photos, and asking for a picture of the receipt when the driver took the order back and I have no pictures. They can see the order on their system, yet need a receipt? Utterly ridiculous. I use this service more than I should, I won't be using it anymore. It's not hard to issue a refund for an order that wasn't received!
