I placed an order. Three minutes later, I was in a customer service chat trying to do one simple thing: change my address from being all on one line to putting the apartment on a second line. Reason being, the address will cut off and packages will not be deliverable.Three minutes later, I'm in a chat with Terry, who tells me my order is too far along in the process to be changed. I had just placed the order minutes ago.Terry said that the order could only be canceled. Okay, fine, I've worked a lot of retail. I get it. Cancel it and I'll reorder.He couldn't find my payment from PayPal. Because I was trying to have him cancel it SO FAST THAT DSW DIDN'T EVEN SEE A PURCHASE YET. And it was too far in the process to edit?! Really?! I've never heard this in all my years of working retail and purchasing online. Not ONCE has this ever been an issue.All to say, make sure your address is right. Terry did whatever, he seemed disinterested but his job sucks so I don't blame him. I do blame DSW for having a system in place that THREE MINUTES is too far into the process to put an apartment number on a separate line.Utterly disappointed and not pleased.

Auto renew billed me a month before my security expires so I phoned up to get the £79.99 refunded and auto renew turned off. They then said they needed a CS number to do the refund and I could not find it so I had to ring my bank to get this number, 1 hour later refund done but cancelled my subscription there & then even though my previous purchase still had another 29 days left. Customer services are horrendous & I will definitely avoid this company in the future.

I would give them a zero if I could for automatically enrolling in a product I did not confirm I wanted nor used based on paying for a .90 course. I was also subscribed without receiving a reminder that my free trial was ending only received emails to update my profile. I was charged without consent or notification. I did not agree to a paid subscription and have requested a refund by email and the response stated to look under the Orders and Course Management. I do not recall when I subscribed for the .90 course that the Domestika Plus would be a 30 day trial. I have deleted my account and agree with other users this is unethical.

CHEGG is the WORST. Answers are wrong - not just a few of them, most of them. Cancelled Chegg after two months. They confirmed it was cancelled and kept billing. Refused to correct it, even though we did not use it (did not use it because it's horrible, it was summer, so no school, and we were told it was cancelled). DON'T USE CHEGG!!!!!

We were members years ago but just so saddened by the sight of political zealots hijacking this lovely institution. The unfolding horror story Is alienating the public and leaving members in despair. Who would want to visit beautiful buildings with such an aura of menace surrounding them?

I placed an order on 25 May 2025 (Order #396689) and paid €30.37. Unfortunately, I have still not received the package.I’ve contacted customer service twice and provided all the required details, but only received automated responses with no real update or solution.I understand delays can happen, but it is the lack of communication and responsibility that disappoints me most. If this had been a gift or urgent need, the consequences would have been bigger.I still hope the company will follow up appropriately — but until then, I want to share this experience so other customers know what to expect.Sophie Azadgar

Had the app for 2 years, now I have to take a quiz if I want to use, buy, sell or anything else on the site, I can't understand why people are ok with this, is everyone now on sedatives or hard drugs to be OK with this? When you use your bank or building societies etc are you quizzed on the monetary factors and workings of interest rates if you need to deposit or withdraw £10? Good god people.

Account deleted for suspicious/spam behaviour after signing up and making 1 post.Sign up process was irritating, took far too long no options to create account with Google or Apple. The whole thing just slow and time consuming, having to restart the whole process multiple times, having to keep doing the same catchpa again and again, verification taking ages to arrive etc..We made an account for our gym, followed some of the top fitness channels like a handful and then set about building our page.We set up the art and bio and then moved to our first post. Our first post was some encouraging words and a link to a series we had just commissioned and released on YouTube.Informed today our account has been deleted for suspicious/spam behaviour.This platform is a disgrace! This platform attacks legitimate business for no reason. I hope this company will be taken down and replaced with something more suitable.
