Auto renew billed me a month before my security expires so I phoned up to get the £79.99 refunded and auto renew turned off. They then said they needed a CS number to do the refund and I could not find it so I had to ring my bank to get this number, 1 hour later refund done but cancelled my subscription there & then even though my previous purchase still had another 29 days left. Customer services are horrendous & I will definitely avoid this company in the future.
