I have not received any return label in the package. I have not received any email or invoice also from Uniqlo. All I received was a message to go to store and collect it which I did. Now when I want to return my order, I have gone to the same store (Wimbledon) to return and the store manager said they cannot help. Online when I key in my order number along with email address it says that it doesn’t recognise, there is no customer service phone number also for me to contact, not sure how to make this return. Why do you have stores if no one can help there
