Review of booking
My account has been hacked. The normal login (email with one time code) is not secured. There seems to be a back-door where a hacker can book (2 flights in my case) without logging in (my email is properly secured, with a hard password and 2FA. There is no trace of a one time code email) and use the payment means I had attached to my account (which I removed having seen this of course). When calling booking.com they try to push away their responsability, won't acknowledge this kind of fraud is possible, and the call center's operator mastery of french (my selected language) is poor at best.

I want to share this in as many places as possible because of the terrible customer service and because of the unapproved charges I received from ATT while traveling. We were on a cruise and within a short period of time my daughter received the below messages then her phone was shut off. I did not approve or agree to these charges. I didn’t ask for them to provide service on a cruise ship. Welcome to the awesomeness of ATT. What should have happened was that they should have asked me to confirm that I wanted this service provided. Instead they let it go and charged me for it. Sorry but that’s predatory. It’s like you’re taking advantage of a 14 year old kid and then their parents to make an extra buck. Meanwhile I have Verizon and no issues, no unapproved charges and no one feels taken advantage of. If you have issues good luck with that. The voice response unit is awful and wait time to speak to a human at up to one hour. This experience was terrible. My advice is go with Verizon because at least you know they won’t take advantage of you like this

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used for several different reasons.1. First bad experience was when I made my account and sent $1,400 to my landlord and Venmo decided to freeze my account right after sending. They took the money right out of my account but froze the transfer for 14 DAYS. I almost lost my apartment because of it. Contacted customer service 3 times because of it and they were no help and have zero clue whats going on. They never gave me a reason. I transferred it instantly, they took it out my bank instantly, but put in on a 14 day hold...2. Half the time when i try to withdraw funds I get an error. No idea why and (of course) customer service had no idea why it was happening.3. The last straw was recently when I tried to add several banks and cards to my account and kept getting a fail message. I even tried my GFs card just to see if it was me and hers failed to add to my account too. I contacted customer service and, you guessed it, they couldn’t help and said it was a “security issue”...i logged in with my bank credentials and answered the 2 step verification so no idea why security was the issue. I asked customer service who I could speak with to help me to which they rudely replied “sorry i cant help you with that goodbye”Why is the live chat even there? All i get is “they will get back to you in 5 business days” and the only way they can reach us is by email? Are we kidding? Thousands of dollars on hold and you want me to wait a week just to get email #1? How can I trust my money with a company that can’t reply to issues for 5 days??Cash App is so much better and has never given me issues. I deleted venmo and will never use again - by far the worst experience i’ve had.

A '0' would be the appropriate rating...that said. Have you heard the saying, " money talk"? Dirty money is going out to somebody. When it come to customer service, I thought I was dealing with a 3 year old. ...very poor communication skills. Lately , Target found a loop hole to process order payments twice. On 4/1 order was placed via app. Payment processed 2 times...the second payment is pending..just noticed tonight Sunday 4/6/25. Make this make sense....my payment had already processed on 4/3 order received. Why did Target turn around and process the same payment a 2nd time, calling it an authorization hold? Deleting account after this round. I'll let Target carry out their Racial profiling on some other customer. So you mean to tell me for example, merchants can charge your card twice after you've received your order?. State agencies don't see anything wrong with this.Crooks always defend crooks. UPDATE Monday 4/7/2025. The $24.47 didn't appear on my account until Sunday 4/6/2025, 3 days after the payment and order had processed...order received on 4/3/2025. Amazing how customers are forced to wait for their own money. But when a customer owe the merchant they call their Bill collectors. There will never be justice for citizens...every since AI and covid people have become manic. Update 4/10/2025 Target's chat agent couldn't tell me anything about the temporary hold charge of $27.47. She kept gaslighting and writing gibberish 2 year old writing. She couldn't answer a basic question.

I've had a paid subcription I cant log in to for months due to dealing with ID theft. A new phone, phone number and email got me locked out. There is no possible way to get support without logging in. I cant even cancel my subscription.

This is absolutely shocking. A HUGE SCAM.You did not provide a case number for me to refer to. I have provided my passport, ID verification software which I have passed. Many calls to your teams.
