I want to share this in as many places as possible because of the terrible customer service and because of the unapproved charges I received from ATT while traveling. We were on a cruise and within a short period of time my daughter received the below messages then her phone was shut off. I did not approve or agree to these charges. I didn’t ask for them to provide service on a cruise ship. Welcome to the awesomeness of ATT. What should have happened was that they should have asked me to confirm that I wanted this service provided. Instead they let it go and charged me for it. Sorry but that’s predatory. It’s like you’re taking advantage of a 14 year old kid and then their parents to make an extra buck. Meanwhile I have Verizon and no issues, no unapproved charges and no one feels taken advantage of. If you have issues good luck with that. The voice response unit is awful and wait time to speak to a human at up to one hour. This experience was terrible. My advice is go with Verizon because at least you know they won’t take advantage of you like this
