Their step by step process was easy and secure.

2000+ files lost, nearly a month and 40+ support messages back and forth later, but nowhere closer to getting my files back. My request to escalate my case to a more senior team is being ignored. The customer service team are generally helpful and lovely and try their best but im leaving as a customer. unbelievable that they cannot tell me if i have used my centurian lounge pass access and the only way is to enter the international terminal with a boarding pass and have my card scanned.I have 2 passes annually but they cannot tell me if they are available.
