Freindly customer service but poor process!

The customer service team are generally helpful and lovely and try their best but im leaving as a customer. unbelievable that they cannot tell me if i have used my centurian lounge pass access and the only way is to enter the international terminal with a boarding pass and have my card scanned.I have 2 passes annually but they cannot tell me if they are available. Do better!Im cancelling the card
