Like so many others I'm extremely disappointed in the new update. I've been patiently playing your little game while learning a language for nearly two years, and now I find I can't finish the progress I've made. It's extremely disappointing. I'm glad this app has really helped me to improve my French, but now I'm not as motivated to continue using it.
Review of bitdefender
Bitdefender operates discreetly in the background, refraining from product promotion, while offering outstanding customer service. I had a slight problem with the expiry date of my new subscription and it was successfully adjusted to my satisfaction within about an hour's time of notifying customer care.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I require internet to work and have been without now for 6 days. I have had to make several calls to Vodafone support which just sends me in the same circle every time. I eventually managed To get an appointment with a service technician to come to my apartment to sort out the Internet but I received a text message saying that they had cancelled it on my behalf!! On top of all this I have been told that because I have a British phone number and not a German number, they will flat out refuse to help me!

We are mature tech start up, having used Airtable for CRM and Product HW and SW services, using a lot of bases and synching among them. The recent subscription model changes have resulted in a huge price increase per seat per month (25 to 45) with a feature change (multi synching being available only in the more expensive option) for the Pro subscription. While we are a small time customer with about 5k spend on Airtable p.a. the transition time to the new pricing was too short. We tried contacting sales and support team but they never responded to 4 of our emails during the last month. Overall this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I hope AT can get back on track with this.

The jeans that I ordered were great (Pilcro barrel jeans), they fitted well and were well designed.However, the delivery was shown to be 3 to 5 days when I ordered them, and over two weeks later they had still not arrived, so I had to contact Anthropologie. They said they had a delay and the jeans arrived a week later. I understand delays happen, but they should have informed me re the delay, so sadly I didn’t feel it was good customer service, and I would question whether I should buy again from them.

Falsely banned for CSE on instagram, no real human support whatsoever, if you appeal you are either banned or unbanned only to be banned again. Absolutely pathetic app and company. Mark is going to run Meta, Instagram, facebook and basically everything else that Meta owns straight into the ground. Do not waste your time on them, do not interfere with their deserved downfall. They need to realise their mistakes.

I created a Facebook account years ago and now as I don't use it anymore, I want to delete it. BUT because of the nonesense security, I am not able to access my account to delete the account. Apparently, I can only enter my account only on the device that's it's recognised, which I'm 100% that I do not have it anymore as it's been a long time. I tried looking on the Account Centre to see if I can submit a ticket, but nope. It looks like I cannot acces my account forever. This is totally rubbish. Worst social media ever.

I am deleting my facebook for one I no longer trust facebook or the useless people, my husband's account got duplicated & now my sister's today. I of course & my Husband also told them & responded back ohh don't see any problems with that account they did nothing wrong, well yeah they did, don't know what there doing with other people's account or what there using it for. Facebook don't care.
