No customer support/no sales support

We are mature tech start up, having used Airtable for CRM and Product HW and SW services, using a lot of bases and synching among them. The recent subscription model changes have resulted in a huge price increase per seat per month (25 to 45) with a feature change (multi synching being available only in the more expensive option) for the Pro subscription. While we are a small time customer with about 5k spend on Airtable p.a. the transition time to the new pricing was too short. We tried contacting sales and support team but they never responded to 4 of our emails during the last month. Overall this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I hope AT can get back on track with this.
