Low key scam

Low key scam. BBB charges outrageous amounts for an accreditation that means nothing. Literally. It’s pay to play with BBB & they have created a false image of being a government organization. Credibility is dying every day. Sorry for the rant, I don’t want to hate on them but it’s sad. Just google BBB reviews and experiences

Review of twilio

SendGrid/Twilio gone BAD!+

SendGrid used to be good at delivering emails. Now their IPs are ridiculed. You tell them about the bounces, and they got the cheek to respond and tell you how you can improve. When you persist that it is nothing wrong with your emails but their bad IPs. They give you the tone that this is what you can expect unless you pay near to $100 a month for their dedicated clean IPs. They just do not take any responsibility and got generic responses ready to excuse you. They do not try to reassign you good IPs they send you a sweet message tailored to say pay $100 a month or put up and shut up about it. I left them moved to Pepipost.com I had similar issues with them. However, after contacting them a few times, they finally moved me to IPs that are delivering all my emails. Shame on you SendGrid you need to resolve your email delivery with Yahoo and take responsibility for your poor deliver rates.

This site is a joke!!

Put in multiple applications for a puppy. My children wanted a dog for Xmas. To all of them being denied. For reasons of us not being homeowners, which is A LIE. WE DO OWN OUR HOME!! Trying to teach my children about doing the right thing by adopting. Only to be treated like garage when asked why you are being denied. I’ll go BUY A DOG!!!

Loading Ipdates

I had trouble loading an update and after several attempts, I contacted Bitwarden. As you would expect there was about a 12 hour delay, but they were able to solve the issue. It’s comforting to know that you can reach humans if you have a big problem.

Christopher Hall really pulled the stops out

Christopher Hall investigated the issue and provided both a extremely comprehensive explanation as well as work arounds. He actually read the detail of the issue, which was obvious from the fact he detailed some alternative settings but expressed his belief that the customer would not wish to make those changes as we had indicated in our initial issue. He then provided a link for an idea on the ideas hub that may be useful so that the customer could put their weight behind it also. He provided everything bar biscuits.

Devastated: Etsy Suspended My Shop With Active Orders

I opened my Etsy shop “HandCraftyUS” four months ago and have worked incredibly hard to build it — listing custom-designed gates, extensive competitor research, responding to customer needs, and looking to fulfill high-value orders (each over $1000). As of early April 2025, my shop had done over $11,000 in sales with multiple active orders in progress. Suddenly, I received a permanent suspension email just five minutes after a customer messaged me.I reached out to Etsy just a week earlier and was told everything was fine. I never received any warning or notice that something was wrong with my shop. I believe the suspension may have been triggered by my sales volume due to the nature of my products, but I have broken no policies to my knowledge. My appeal was submitted, but Etsy says it could take up to 14 days to get a reply — meanwhile, I have customers waiting on products and thousands of dollars in materials already in motion.This has been devastating, not only financially but emotionally. I’m a father, I work night shifts, and I built this shop after losing my mother in January to help create a better future for my family. I only ask for Etsy to look into this seriously and give me a fair chance to fix any issues, if any.Please review my case properly. I just want to serve my customers and continue building the business I’ve put so much into.

not worth it

As a small business you are going to have to pay hundreds of pounds in the first three months for google to "gather data". Yes, the data they already have gathered in the last couple of decades. This "data" is then used for algorithm to learn what you want to achieve. It's like paying for a plumber to learn the craft and then hiring him to do the job... it's a scam.

Was locked out of my long term account because I had not logged in for some time it’s been ridiculous trying to get help to recover my account all my info is correct and I can not get help from the steps online or the company I will never use them again I have lost many emails now I will never get back pictures of family and my pets that have passed this is unacceptable! I will no long do business with this company again that includes the Xbox 1’s I just sold because of this I’ll never buy there products again 👎👎👎

I have spent lots of money with this company and have never had problems.Sadly I cant say this now I ordered and paid for an item on 15th April which I still haven't for some weird reason I find this has been sent by land the delivery date has been changed and now says it will arrive by 30th May this is no use to me and I have requested with customer services my money back but they are not being vey helpful. They have not fulfilled their contract by delivering by the first date I was given. The item is now of no use if it does ever arrive

Never Again

Order is ready 15 minutes after pick up time, and they always mess up the order. Today my chicken burrito has no chicken... Is anyone from management reading these habitually terrible reviews, or has everyone at this company completely checked out? Maybe they figure people are less likely to get food poisoning if they just stop putting their rancid meat in items? This was my last trip to Chipotle. Bridge burned..

This company is a total sham!

This company is a total sham. They refused to pay me for my reviews even though they emailed me a promotion to do so. I spent over an hour writing my reviews and they didn't even bother to tell me why my reviews were rejected. They have ZERO customer service for these kind of issues so don't expect any help. DO NOT waste your time with this company!
