As soon as I started searching for software solutions for my dog rescue, I was immediately overwhelmed. The representatives at Capterra were extremely helpful in narrowing down the list. They helped me learn more about the tech resources available, and I was much better prepared to meet and ask questions during the product demos. Review of eBay

SCAM CENTRAL

This platform is infested with scammers and ebay let's them strive on their platform. Scammers learn loopholes on eBay and use them. And doesn't matter if you are trying to buy or sell. I've bought a service of unlocking the phone. Guy literally tried few publicly available methods. They didn't work so he just stopped responding. Tried making ebay help me retrieve my funds with their so boasted about "money back guarantee". And they said "Oh sorry virtual goods are not covered". Literally letting person steal money from you in the bright light. Then I've sold an item few years back and guy sent me back a broken device where S/N didn't match and the guy just obviously exchanged his broken unit for my working. I sent the pictures and everything. all Ebay said is "Well he has provided the shipping label and item is delivered to you. So we give money back to him."You better off buying somewhere else and selling on platforms like offerup or facebook market because you most definitely lose your money or items on ebay.

Foreign, difficult, rude.

Never in my life experienced a company with such bad customer service. From a well known name it surprises me. I simply wanted to ask if I could make some arrangement with my shipping. Every staff I felt was from a 3rd world country heavy accents and difficult. Anyway they told me to call Ceva their carrier that I've never heard of. Oddly their carrier is located in the Us virgin island. With that carrier was some dude name Bob Lynch with strong accent i could barely understand and when I asked him to repeat a spelling he rudely asked me to listen. Calling their customer support makes you afraid you'll just mess up your order even more because of the language barrier.

This company is horrible to their customers. They give you promotion offers to lure you to open another card thinking you can balance transfer between your original account to the new account offer opened with zero percent interest for 15 months. No where does it state that you cannot transfer balances between the two capital one cards. I opened an account for new promotion because their customer service told me I could do that since they will NEVER lower your interest rate, even though you have good credit. Absolutely ridiculous and misleading. Capital One is NOT for their customers, only for themselves and it's disgusting.

Way to keep in touch and stay updated about the world and ppl you're following. Even the mobile apps work like a charm. On the con side it can be a little confusing for beginners, and has a little hard to get used to, but other than that good.

Review of Google

The worst company I have had the displeasure to deal with....

Had a nest with a w5 fatal failure called Google , go through there tick box exercise and they agree to replace you have to pay 219 pound refundable when they receive it back , Got a replacement and that has a h71 fault 3 engineers and 5 hours later and change a heat link ,they agree it's faulty as well but CANT (I think they should say won't ) replace until they get the first one back , When they get the first one back to there waregouse in Poland then I can call them and start this BS process all over again , so I will be without a control for my boiler for about a month plus Google we only truly judge a company when things go wrong ,you are an absolute epic fail when it comes to putting customers first , I now have 2 faulty products can't operate my boiler and all you care about is getting your faulty useless products back You could learn a lot from Amazon and how they conduct business and sole problems I will never buy another Google product again
