Christopher Hall really pulled the stops out

Christopher Hall investigated the issue and provided both a extremely comprehensive explanation as well as work arounds. He actually read the detail of the issue, which was obvious from the fact he detailed some alternative settings but expressed his belief that the customer would not wish to make those changes as we had indicated in our initial issue. He then provided a link for an idea on the ideas hub that may be useful so that the customer could put their weight behind it also. He provided everything bar biscuits.
