Absolutely Disgusting Company

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. In my recent encounter with DoorDash, the DoorDash Customer Support team refused to give me a full refund for a canceled order. I was in contact with Customer Support for over a month regarding the same canceled order- each time I contacted their team; they claimed to send a confirmation email for the remaining missing credit. However; 6 weeks later, their service team refused to refund the remaining credit back to my bank account because "too much time has passed between the canceled order and no one on their team including management can override the system." For a refund that their team postponed!! Absolutely HORRENDOUS SERVICE! This has been an absolute nightmare and disgusting encounter. Avoid using DoorDash at all costs!

Crocs online orders SUCK

Crocs online orders take FOREVER to be shipped. My order took 3 weeks to be delivered and that's with calling to check status. When my order came 2 items were cancelled and 2 item said were in the package but was missing. Crocs customer support SUCKS. I can't even get them in the phone to ask for a refund on the items I did NOT receive.

Driven to keep your system safe

It's easy to recommend Bitdefender Total Security.I have both Win 7 PRO 64 and Win 10 PRO 64 systems and it hasn't failed me yet. But it's more than just great software. It's a company with an imperative to keep your system safe and they all work very hard to do that.

I strongly suggest to never buy anything from HP. Disgusting service. All they do is try to shove products down your throat and charge you for support.I will never ever buy HP.Very disappointing and disturbing from such a huge company.

Great customer services dept

Ordering process really smooth and efficient, UPS shipping internationally almost faster than UK shipping and delivered on advertised date. Wanted to return my order but online returns portal sadly didn’t work. Got in contact with customer services on the phone who organised me getting a returns label. Unfortunately it didn’t come in the advertised time however following a quick phone call with a very helpful chap it came into my inbox almost immediately which I greatly appreciate.Would be 5 stars if the online returns portal actually worked however customer services help on the phone resolved all my problems with reasonable speed!

BE ALERT DESIGNER!

No one should be contributor. They do not review your design properly and tell some useless reasons. Looks like they use robot to review your design. On the other hand this site start to lost it's quality. No future for this site.

Subscription thieves

I experienced what apparently many others have with these grifters. They promoted a free 3-day trial, which I selected so I could try the app, but they immediately charged for a full year ($31.99). When I contacted support and asked for a refund they responded with "you selected a full year subscription and our TOS don't allow refunds. However, we will honor your request after deducting one month's subscription fee (of $8.99)". I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got it reversed anyway. Fotor is a scam outfit run from Hong Kong. Stay away.

Don't buy from Dell.

Will try to keep this short.Bought a Inspiron 7506 2-in-1. Touchpad has input issues. Dell has strung me along for a year, after 6 repairs, still refusing to refund or send me a new laptop.Their customer service uses canned responses and do not make an effort to resolve a problem. Their repair technicians either don't read problem information passed along to them, or they don't test for problems after repairs. Or they just don't care?Regardless, do not buy an Inspiron 7506 2-in-1 laptop, or probably any laptop from dell, if you're worried about tech issues and service for the laptop.
