If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. In my recent encounter with DoorDash, the DoorDash Customer Support team refused to give me a full refund for a canceled order. I was in contact with Customer Support for over a month regarding the same canceled order- each time I contacted their team; they claimed to send a confirmation email for the remaining missing credit. However; 6 weeks later, their service team refused to refund the remaining credit back to my bank account because "too much time has passed between the canceled order and no one on their team including management can override the system." For a refund that their team postponed!! Absolutely HORRENDOUS SERVICE! This has been an absolute nightmare and disgusting encounter. Avoid using DoorDash at all costs!
