Will try to keep this short.Bought a Inspiron 7506 2-in-1. Touchpad has input issues. Dell has strung me along for a year, after 6 repairs, still refusing to refund or send me a new laptop.Their customer service uses canned responses and do not make an effort to resolve a problem. Their repair technicians either don't read problem information passed along to them, or they don't test for problems after repairs. Or they just don't care?Regardless, do not buy an Inspiron 7506 2-in-1 laptop, or probably any laptop from dell, if you're worried about tech issues and service for the laptop.
