We flew on the AMAZING A380 from Manchester to Mauritius via Dubai. The cabin crew, ground crew and customer service team were all 5 stars, the food was great for plane food and the seats were as comfortable as you could hope for in reality. The return flights were just as good and the crew were really helpful when my wife fell ill during turbulence. Thanks to all at Emirates.

I had the Nest thermostat fitted with my new boiler. The installer stated that the Nest is intelligent and will save you money, how wrong. I turn the control down at night only to find the heating has come on again early morning, wake up sweating. Found the best way to stop the heating coming is to unplug the device.I am now looking for a device that is not dumb.

Sends a template letter of which the complainant does not get a copy and announces the case is closed without waiting to see whether offending organisation will comply.However they have different rules for NHS data breaches in that they actively defend, justify and enable these.One 1 occasion they took years to acknowledge a complaint and said " well we've taken so long to get back to you that there's probably no point us taking it further. "

Last two experiences have been horrible. I was delivered a damage refridge and I could either get $20 or pay for delivery twice. A year later I get a microwave with 5 yr warranty and the door handle breaks they say they can’t get me a part and offer a replacement that doesn’t meet the same features plus I loos the 5 yr warranty. I called kitchen aide and can get the part. They just don’t want to fix it. I am never buying anything from this company again.

I bought a high-end Samsung laptop with the manufacturer warranty. The laptop's audio suddenly stopped working altogether only 3 months after, so I contacted Samsung warranty claim which led me to their text customer support service. This service was the biggest waste of time I could've ever done. I had to re-explain 6 times with 6 different customer support technicians the problem and had to sit through their super basic repair suggestions like, "make sure your audio is turned on." After a week of texting with these support members and begging them to give me the information of a in person service center, the number for the service center they gave me was no longer in service. Samsung refuses to honor my warranty and sends me through goose chase after goose chase just to waste my time and save themselves from buying me a replacement laptop. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG DEVICE.

I placed Order #245842147501026888 through Alibaba with supplier Shenzhen XYZ Tech Co., Ltd for a custom elevator project requiring technical drawings and adaptation to a laminated timber house.The supplier ignored all requests for documentation (CAD files, profile drawings, installation specs), and started production without approval — violating the agreement and creating a major safety risk.I filed a refund request and formal dispute on March 28, 2025. Today is 30.04.2025 — and after more than 20 days, Alibaba’s dispute team is still “mediating,” sending template messages while refusing to address the technical breach.This is not a shipping delay — this is a serious contract violation. The supplier was unprofessional, dismissive, and Alibaba has done nothing to protect me as a buyer.I have filed a chargeback with my bank and submitted a formal complaint to Chinese regulators.Buyers beware: Alibaba’s “Trade Assurance” does not assure anything when things go wrong.
