I had a question about a recent update to MacOS that broke a feature in Dashlane. It wasn’t a desperate inquiry, and the customer service agent got back to me within 24 hours with a complete explanation of what is going on and their specific plans to provide a fix as soon as possible. He also extended my subscription for a time as this is accomplished. I don’t have any issues at all with DL on IOS. The problem with Safari on MacOS is still not a huge deal, and it is easy to still access all my passwords, just takes a couple more clicks. I can live with that for a couple of months in order to continue using this secure and intuitive password manager. I and other family members on my account have enjoyed the features of Dashlane, and have had no security problems with it (unlike some of its competitors…) They are always working to improve the speed and seamlessness of this product and it is unusual to see any issue that moves it backwards; but this was not their fault and I am confident that this will be addressed soon as promised. The minor issues only affect Safari for Mac and changing browsers is an option that will eliminate the issue if one is not as patient as apparently I am.
