I called them because my new laptop Dell G15 5530, was having a bad fan it was super loud and vibrated my whole desk! a tech came out and replaced it but after they left the system could no longer see my GPU? So i had to go through the tech support system AGAIN! they then came and had to replace the mother board because the GPU and motherboard are connected, a few hours after they left Windows Deactivated and it gave me the activate windows watermark. I was like "wait what?" so i called them again and the conclusion, solution they have is to reinstall by Operating system and wipe my PC. this all happened in under 14 days.
