Broken seat resulting in injuries

Not only did I lose a seat I paid extra for, but was instead given a seat that had a broken recliner. For 17 hours, the seat was bouncing back and forward and due to the flight being fully booked, they had no alternative. This resulted in lower back injuries and upon complaining to Emirates, I received no response. I have since consulted with a lawyer.

Literally the worst customer service in…

Literally the worst customer service in the gaming industry ...requires you to have an account ...if you dont play for a certain amount of time it deletes your account , try to sign back in and they tell you that you have multiple accounts and youre in the wrong account but cant tell you any info on the deleted account ....so pretty much just wasted 20 bucks to try and play a game that i ultimately cant ...oh unless i create a brand new xbox profile and erase ALL my game data , just to play battlefront 2 ....nahhhh guess what EA you lost yet another customer

BBC no longer trustworthy on political journalism or any sort of investigative journalism. They have become Tory Party mouthpieces and Establishment stooges. Present no challenge at all to the lies and dishonourable actions they are being fed. Their so called political programmes are heavily biased and are manipulated - they have been found out on many occasions but treat complaints with contempt.

Total fraudsters. Despite cancelling all services with them, blocking them on PayPal, getting my bank to put a block on them, they still managed to take out more than £100 for a subscription I never wanted. I'm going to the ombudsman.

Never ask nationwide renewables

Never ask nationwide renewables to come round but thought we would try having panels fitted. They wanted £1000 deposit but being pentioners we did not have that amount and had to sign a waiver saying we would not cancel tried cancelling before 14 day and told we would have to pay £3500 for cancelling or face being taken to court and get nothing Nationwide renewables fitted our solar panels on 16.8.2024 should have been fitted a day earlier scaffolding should have gone up a day before but never happened. Was told the scaffolding would come down between 3 and 4 days. It's still up after 3 weeks with no sign of it coming down. We are unable to get in our back garden. The company (NWR) has been rang at least 30 times left umpteen messages and never replied. We haven't had any certificates or receipts so can't cliam anything back from the grid untill they decide to do somthing about it one person you speak to says they'll sort it and the next person says they don't no anything about it This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. The stress is at an all time high

Easy to sign up - difficult to cancel 😞

Signed up during their £1.99 deal. Really easy and stable to do so. Went to cancel and suddenly their website and app on 3 separate devices keeps showing an error message and will not functions in anyway. Felt like quite the coincidence. Would not recommend.May have finally managed to cancel by contacting them directly but only have a chat message saying so and have no way to actually confirm. Not impressive given the size of the company that their basic tech doesn’t work… or doesn’t work when you try to cancel.Didn’t have this problem with Netflix.

One of the most ridiculous company ever. Despite their biweekly strikes they can't even provide the service.In the last 8 weeks I have called 4 times about a refund yet do to their cyber security issue they can't help.Im sorry but it's 2024. How the hell your company operates like this??? If you ask for help at the tube station they say to call the customer service line, but the customer service can't help because of their issue.Is this a joke? Stop going on strike every week and maybe somebody should focus on this nonsense to be fixed.

Something weird going on with Spotify . . .I've been an artist on Spotify for years, 20+ of my tracks are featured there, but suddenly they started with a seemingly fanatical purging of tracks they suspect are using "artificial streaming".This has now happened to me multiple times . . . just to be clear, I HAVE NOT BEEN USING ARTIFICIAL STREAMING.Contacting customer support is hopeless, the instant I try to ask about this situation, the chat session is immediately closed without further explanation.It's now become a huge hassle, having to go back to distributors, explain that Spotify has made some sort of mistake, and convince them to resend my tracks back to Spotify.I understand fake streams with bots has become a problem, but Spotify is really making a huge mistake with their overly zealous purging of content. My material is synth instrumentals, the stream numbers are actually quite small compared to many other artists, why they would single me out for such extreme scrutiny is mysterious.Many other artists have been recently experiencing the same troubles with Spotify.

Songkick are the bomb

Since discovering Songkick they're the only place I buy my gig tickets. It knows who I like to listen to and where I live so I've been to more gigs since discovering it a year ago than I have in 10 years or so because it tells me when they're playing. Their prices are fair and they inform you when your tickets have been dispatched. I love it.

I did an error with booking a lesson

I did an error with booking a lesson. Digit the wrong date, today instead of the next week and realised that just after receiving the advice of the imminent incoming lesson. I cancelled the lesson to rebook but since the policy of no refund within the 12 hours left before the lesson, this was already payed to the teacher. Preply assistant was prompt to refund the lesson to me to allow rebooking. This kind of service is outstanding to me. Many thanks.
