I did an error with booking a lesson. Digit the wrong date, today instead of the next week and realised that just after receiving the advice of the imminent incoming lesson. I cancelled the lesson to rebook but since the policy of no refund within the 12 hours left before the lesson, this was already payed to the teacher. Preply assistant was prompt to refund the lesson to me to allow rebooking. This kind of service is outstanding to me. Many thanks.
