Well let's see.. had to buy four picture frames which were fine. But at check out after I paid was carrying my items and dropped one because a customer was in the way of an employee which I had to dodge both of them dropped one of my frames which I noticed later got a busted corner. Whount of happened if IKEA would provide a bag. Asked for a bag after I checked out and wouldn't have had to go through the line again to buy a bag. The place is good and bad the whole bag thing kinda makes me really pissed off.
