Review of freshdesk
1: Their customer service was terrible. at least 4 times I was just ignored mid conversation. 2: Their Instagram integration is wonky AF. its called Instagram DM but instead pulls every comment like and message as a new chat ticket ! good luck sifting through that. 3: Their web chat widget integration is very complicated.4: Their Shopify Integration for chat doesn't work. so no way of knowing if that "un-named chat" person is a current customer or potential one. 5: Their user interface is easy to understand but... is missing some key features. You cant delete customers only archive. You cant delete chat bots once you install them. You cant undo a lot of things so when your new and trying to figure out what's what you'll end up with a load of crap you made by mistake creating with no way to undo or delete. cant even delete the demo customers it adds when you first start using.

Review of zazzle
Zazzle is awesome! I use it for everything. From return address labels, to signs for my daughter's wedding. Every product I have received is high quality and their design tool feature is so easy to use. I just love Zazzle and would recommend it to everyone.

Online subscription is hellish. Don’t give them your card details - they fraudulently took a payment from my card months after my subscription had ended . Then couldn’t get through to query it. When eventually did get through they weren’t at all apologetic and acted as if they were doing me a massive favour refunding my money ! #neveragain
Review of temu
Temu's claim to connect consumers with millions of sellers may be true, but those sellers are all Chinese knock off companies. My experience has shown that clothes are cheap polyester fast fashion and kitchen products are dollar store items. I had trouble with the international shipper, Straightship, they use because I live rural. I actually had an order get returned to China because of Straightship. Buyer beware.
Review of squarespace
First Impressions - They seem to have an impressive amount of coverage and sponsor a lot of people so seemed like a no-brainer on who to build a website with. The initial homepage seems Ok and instantly invites you with a reasonable amount of info on different aspects of design.Getting Started - This is where it all went wrong unfortunately. The website itself seems better suited for mobile use with it being generally uncomfortable to browse on a desktop with large monitor. The Get Started approach offers some basic tick boxes which change the mass of random templates below - there seems to be no way to search via text or anything else other than the boxes provided.Even if this was the case, for those that don't like or don't want a pre-build template, there is no blank or empty template and no other way to simply build your own. Choosing a template encourages you to create an account with no mention on pricing, packages, features or anything else at this stage - I had the impression I could build a website myself (not edit someone else's) and get an idea of the packages / features before I have to commit creating an account and accept terms / conditions. At this point I'm no longer convinced this is suited for any kind of professional website; great for a toy or some about stuff otherwise. If you are a 'power user' or have previously built your own websites; the cost you'll save by using something like this is not worth the loss of features and functionality you can provide yourself!

Review of mastercard
Terrible organization to deal with. Booked a flight with a merchant and my bank account was debited. Merchant was then supposed to credit my account and requested this via Master Card. No credit appeared. I wrote to MasterCard and they said they would get back to me in a few days. Months passed and no contact , wrote to them again and they told me to contact the bank. I contacted the bank who said MasterCard had not passed and credit. Wrote to MasterCard again an they told me to contact the bank and said they don't deal with Merchants !!!. Really MasterCard you cant tell the difference between a customer and a merchant and are the only CC company in the world who does not deal with Merchants ??. So no choice now but to make a formal complaint to the consumer protection people to get MasterCard to act responsibly and comply with their obligations to their customer. Meanwhile I will change all my cards to Visa now who I have no problems with.

Review of zoom
I am writing this public post to address serious concerns regarding the business practices of Zoom, especially towards small-scale organizations like ours. We are a small non-profit company, and our recent experiences with Zoom have been deeply troubling and disappointing. Our journey with Zoom began on a positive note with a contract signed at a discounted rate. However, our trust was abruptly shaken when, in the middle of our contract cycle, Zoom attempted to shift us to their standard rate. This sudden change would have doubled our rate overnight, a move that not only breached our contract terms but also displayed a lack of respect for our financial limitations as a non-profit.After a strenuous fight from our end, Zoom decided against this rate hike. However, our struggles did not end there. The process for contract renewal was unnecessarily convoluted, involving a special support ticket and a conversation that was easy to miss. This lack of clarity and transparency in their process posed a significant risk to our operations. Our attempts to escalate these issues were met with further frustration. Our account manager consistently evaded our requests to speak with a supervisor, providing excuses and showing a lack of professional courtesy. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially when we were trying to resolve serious contractual issues. Our experience with Zoom, while satisfactory in terms of product functionality, has been marred by these administrative and customer service issues. It is disheartening to see that our size as a small non-profit might be a factor in the lackluster support we received. This concern is echoed by countless other customers who have shared similar experiences on various review platforms, highlighting a disturbing pattern of Zoom prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction and transparency.I urge all small businesses and non-profits to be cautious when considering long-term contracts with Zoom. It is crucial to be aware of their approach towards customer service and contract management, which in our experience, has been significantly lacking in fairness and transparency. We hope this complaint serves as a call for Zoom to revisit and improve their policies and customer interaction practices, especially towards smaller organizations that rely heavily on their services.
Review of zara
I believe ZARA does not care about customer service. I left my bag full of purchased clothing items at ZARA HAMNGATAN and travelled travelled back home as I do not live in Stockholm. The next day, I contacted the shop via the chat as they dont allow customer phone calls. The chat customer agent informed me that for any service I need to go to the shop in person despte explaining to him that I do not live in Stockholm.
