Worst insurance ever!!!!

Worst insurance ever!!!!After having my Samsung galaxy flip4 having shut off when closed, I started a claim with ATT-Asurion they sent me a replacement cell, arrived and looked good I started the long and painful process of moving stuff over about halfway I restarted the phone and after opening and closing the phone the screen bubbled and cracked. I called and started the process of getting another replacement (they kindly said they were waiving the deductible; I was like I would hope so....) then the 2nd replacement arrived. that looked good and after opening and closing it a few times and the screen didn't crack I decided to go ahead and start to move stuff over, at this point I had stuff on the other two phones, important stuff like MS Authenticator and DUO. about 80% of the setup the new, new replacement said out of storage. they sent me a 128GB version instead of the 256GB one that the other cells were. and they won't ship another correct until I return the previous cells, now mind you that I have some of the MS Authenticator and Duo on both phones because after the screen cracked, I stopped so now I have it spread over the cells with issues, and they won't ship a 3rd so that I can set up all the Authenticators... Horrible Horrible, Horrible!!!!

Today the Sunday Mirror went up by 10pence ???? What am I getting for it ?? pages of advertising rubbish ! This will be the last time I buy it ,two increases in as many months .I stopped buying it in the week because it went up so that will follow on with a rise . I have been a reader for as many years as I can remember ,you have gone a step to far now ,hope others do like wise .

absolute bunch of thieves!!!... They offer you antivirus for lifetime or absolute protection...for many devices, for only 34 quids.After a year however they charge you exorbitant subscription fees reaching over £120!!!!!!... no way to discuss it with them,. As it it subscription you cannot block the payment in UK..Even though you think you have turn your subscription OFF before the renewal it happens to be magically ON...As anything from United States it is designed for one thing - to put a finger up your bums!!

Took money out of my mums account for the year again today , despite being told since 2021 she no longer had a PC and was in a nursing home. She died last week and i just uploaded the death certificate to freeze her bank account but they managed to take £79 just before it kicked in - I do hope there is such a thing as Karma🤬

Please think twice before taking AAA membership. They run the most ineffecient service on this planet and they are not honest. A request for a lock out service on a cold day was still not attended for 4hrs, leaving me in bitter cold.I am going to cancel everything i.e. insurance, investments, credit cards etc. with AAA

cant buy or upgrade game

stops me upgrading a ps4 digital game to ps5 digital, store doesnt even let me buy even if i want to, disc is out of question cos sony releases consoles with no drives so you have to pay £100 for one. told it was investigated and it would let me know in 5 days which no one did. i spoke to their so called customer service which no one understands what your talking about and you explain everything 4 times.and they told me to wait still no answer. so after another 4 days i asked to speak to manager which every operator avoids the question so i asked for refund the operator told me to buy the game again on disc and buy the disc drive if i wanted the game so badly.asked for refund again and was cut off. seems there is no system in place so you can report these rude operators who just send you wrong solutions, no wonder customer service is so laughable. No more PlayStation for me

early defect and lack of transparency about costs

My Samsung washing machine has become defective after only 3.5/4 years since purchase. This is highly disappointing considering Samsung's reputation as a provider of quality products.On top of that, I experienced an unbelievable lack of clarity and transparency regarding the costs associated with repairs. While I am able to submit a repair request, Samsung refuses to specify the call-out charges and hourly rates upfront. If I request a quote, administrative fees have to be paid, even if I decide not to accept the quote and proceed with the repair. It is unacceptable that Samsung is unable to clarify the amount of these administrative fees. I believe that consumers should be able to trust Samsung to deliver good service after having to deal with faulty products. This would at the very minimum include the right to be fully informed in advance about costs associated with a repair request (meaning at least the admin fees and call-out charges). The lack of transparency and the potential for hidden costs contribute to a dissatisfactory experience with the Samsung brand.

I would give zero stars if I could!Avoid at all costs!!I have purchased a blanket from their online shop and returned it back in few days, they received it the next dayIt has been 2 weeks, they are not refunding my money and keep emailing me the same response saying they have forwarded my enquiry to the relevant department. I will complain about them anywhere and everywhere, worst customer service ever!
