Review of Canva

How has this software only a 2.6 rating??

I don't do reviews but I've felt compelled fir a few months now to write a Canava review because the software is so awesome. Then I come here and I find out it only has a 2.6 rating... How is this so low??? I have the PRO version and I am so impressed with how easy the software is to use, the amazing templates available, the quality of the printed designs you receive when you order prints.. I can't recommend highly enough... Can't believe the low rating.

Unsatisfied Customer!Jairo (Office Manager)AAA Pineville10403 Park Road Suite A,Charlotte, NC 28210I traveled for work to NC in my reliable 2007 Chevy Tahoe in July. My only issues were the (1)stabilizer light comes goes on and off at certain periods of time & the odometer light is out. I noticed two weeks ago that my battery indicator dropped below the first hash mark and called my mechanic in Maryland for advice. He stated that the alternator is going bad and need to be replaced. So, I booked an appointment with AAA at Pineville, NC for repair on 8/31. Mechanic that open the shop was rude, but I blew it off and sat in the lounge. After 3hrs, my truck was ready. I should have initially picked up on the issue when the office manager on duty asked about my odometer light. I jumped in and drove 35min away to my residence and realized the engine light came on. When I arrived to the parking lot to back up, I noticed that my truck began hesitating in reverse. I pulled forward and saw my differential selector was placed in 4⬆️. When I attempted to place it back to the original setting AUTO, it would not go back to that dial(AUTO). I immediately called back to AAA to complain and was told to call back next week to the manager. On 9/5 at 8:23am, I spoke with the head office member and explained the situation. I asked will they HELP cover part of the cost of repair when I take it to a dealership. The answer I received was, “bring it in and let us look at it”. I said great, I plan to get an alignment there after I get my tires replaced this weekend. Now, this is when I realized the office manager had no intention on reaching a resolution. He said to me, “we replaced your alternator, so if this issue has nothing to do with that I won’t pay anything”. I don’t want to assume, but it appears in my case AAA created an issue to continue getting my business.

I scheduled a Lyft last evening and was informed that a driver had accepted the ride. She never showed up this morning. So, I drove myself to the airport and will have to pay more than $100 for parking. The help on chat was unhelpful. The supervisor offered me a $5 coupon. There is no customer service. I’m done with Lyft.

Let down by customer service team

I had a trial digital subscription which I enjoyed. When it came to an end I cancelled it. In my account area was a range of subscription options including a trial print subscription for £50. I wanted to try that as I'd like to have a print subscription but not sure I'll have time to read it every day so a trial is ideal. I entered all my details only to be told no. Spoke to the online chat who took ages to say it was because I'd already had a digital trial. Why offer it to me then?! Next message I get is from another operator saying "Hi how can I help?". What?! Bizarre.Anyway from reading the reviews below it seems I've had a lucky escape. Shame - I think the paper has great journalism but the customer services end needs a lot of work

Overpriced & UnderdeliveredThe price for cengage can come at great expense to college students, especially when considering the already growing costs of tuition, rent, food, and other basic living expenses. Seeing a company that provides e-books, you would expect that would adjust to make lives on students easier, with quick access to learning and study materials. Unfortunately, that is not the case. First, cengage removes all access to learning materials once the course is over, suggestion their greater interest in generating profit. They are a company howver, so that is to be expected. What I found concerning was the high price and marketing pitch of their coursemate option, which provides an ebook, notecards, games, powerpoints, and more to support the learning process. Upon purchase, I found this to be outdate and unuseful. The entire coursemate program is run using java, which is not supported by all modern internet browsers. This just reminds students that these materials have not been updated in years (despite the textbook being updated frequently) and there is no real use to them. Students are not going to go to internet explorer just to use some outdated course materials. If you want students to purchase the materials, and to actually encourage the learning process, update the materials to reflect the environment students are working in now.
