Disgusting customer service. All my orders got canceled. It's like they are running business out of the basement or a garage. The items were a present. If you can't count the stick, maybe invest into an inventory management software to keep track of items on hand, or are you counting with abacus, or maybe fingers on your hand? Will never buy from these inepts again.
Review of twilio
The api is fairly straight forward and the dashboard is excellent, especially the debugger. $.0075 per text is turning out to be rather expensive and I would be willing to switch providers if I could find a service for .006 though but that might just be me.
Review of seatgeek
This is a sad company who could not change a date on a ticket within 5 minutes of purchase. No refund was needed just a date change. No money was required back to purchaser but SeatGeek would not change date. Tickets could not even be sold online as SeatGeek said they were from Ticketmaster…of course Ticketmaster said no they were from SeatGeek. What a mess! Very disappointing

I had a leaking faucet outside my home. I was sent a handyman who spent hours going back and forth to Home Depot buying parts to fix the leak. When he finally gave up the leak was worse than when he started. I ended up paying him as well as a professional plumber who I then hired who actually fixed the problem.

This company took my money and won’t let me book the service I paid for. Their customer service is a complete joke. They run you in. Circles and never respond. They basically stole my money. Which is why they have a 2.3 review average. Terrible company with terrible service.

Review of Shopify
As a long-time Shopify user, I’ve become increasingly disappointed with their recent changes. The new analytics dashboard is just one example of how Shopify seems to prioritize unnecessary updates over the needs of its users. Replacing a simple, intuitive 24-hour view with a complicated hourly breakdown makes it harder to track performance effectively. What’s worse is the lack of options—there’s no way to revert to the previous dashboard, and no one asked for this change. It feels like Shopify is making arbitrary decisions without considering the impact on merchants who rely on the platform daily to run their businesses.

Our business need some custom Nominal Ledger reports updating for Audit purposes. Once our consulting partner confirmed that I would need to engage Sage and provided me the information to do so, the booking of the appointment was straighfoward and Keith promptly per the agreed time.Customer service was excellent, the requirement had been reviewed prior to the call and some research into the possibility had been throught through. Then we discussed the requirement to obtain clarity and went onto updating the output fields - all of which was successful, there was potential for an additonal report needing to be updated in the same manner and so any changes made we copied and saved for future benefit and within the confirmation period any queries resolved.Keith also went further, to help me understand some other reporting requirements i had thoughts and on realising this wouldnt be possible - offered a solution by using a different part of the system. We might need some more help arranging this data - but overall great service and really supportive. Thank you!
Review of google
I signed up for their Google Fi service. The process took place like pulling teeth. Practically every person I dealt with even their AI felt like they really don't want high quality service. The plan is great but those individuals servicing seem to think that they are invulnerable from being fired and they act accordingly. As a customer my time is previous to me but since each and every one of them gets paid for what they do , they gave me a run around in applying my Simply Unlimited plan. There is a flavor of foreign influence from top to the bottom which just seems unamerican to me. Google thinks that they can treat people by demeaning and wasting time is alright. I signed up for their $25/mo. Simply Unlimited plan by using their website. But they kept wasting my time for weeks and took $50 out of my account and kept belittling me over the phone not by one person but by several people. I pray a shakeup occurs at the top to bring back Google back to America. I can definitely feel that Google is run from a foreign country. I can feel it. I pray.
