I wish I could give a 0. It is so confusing. Try booking for you and your workers. When you select the event it indicates "Congratulation" and it seems that you have the tickets. Then it asks to register without telling for what. Is this to register to EventBrite or for the event itself? There is no feedback to be sure about your status. I booked for my wife and myself but can only get a ticket for myself. So what next? This keeps on and on and you have no one to talk to.

Airline lost my luggage on a flight from Glasgow to Incheon in April. Took them 5 days to return it. Customer service was beyond appalling. I was straight up l lied to on numerous occasions about the location of my luggage and when to expect it. It was eventually returned after midnight on the 5th day. To make an insurance claim I firstly had to get a PIR number which took over a month. I then had to request a lost baggage confirmation certificate. It's supposed to take 30 days. When I spoke to customer services about this after 30 days they said it was currently taking 60 days and to 'just wait'. Spoke to them again after 60 days. This time they said they couldn't find my request and I would need to submit a new one. Another 30 days later, still no response. Its now been 97 days and I have resorted to submitting a request and a complaint every day until I receive one. Multiple complaints have all been ignored, staff on the phone have been entirely unhelpful, to the point of rudeness, with one in particular speaking fluent English until they realised I wanted to make an insurance claim and complaint, at which point they claimed they couldn't understand me. I have not spoken to a single helpful person through-out this whole experience. Requests for help have been ignored. Certificate requests have been ignored. Complaints have been ignored. And there seems to be absolutely no recourse. They can treat their customers with total contempt and nothing can be done about it. Clearly I would warn anyone against ever using this sham of an airline. When things go smoothly they're great, but the second anything goes wrong they wash their hands of you and take zero responsibility.

Amazing idea and all the congrats to the people behind Ecosia. On the tech side is 1 star, to be honest. The search engine it is using is just not good enough to compete with at least Bing, not to mention Google. I know that the idea behind the concept really matters most but at the same time they should offer a decent search engine.

I called EA about my psn account not being able to link to my EA account. Long story short my EA account was hacked. Even though I could verify it was my account and verify through the primary email, which is also the original email on the account. They said they could not remove the other email (that the hacker added to my account) without me being able to log into that email.... how can this be? I even asked to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor said the exact same thing. I then asked if they could just refund the game I had just purchased from them. She said there is nothing we can futher do and then hung up on me before I could even respond. I called back and they acted like they didn't know about my call and said the supervisor I was talking to went home for the day already. Yet still refused to do a refund for the game because it has already been played. Which I never got to actually play it. It never let me passed the account login in the beginning. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back on a digital download from the day before that I never got to play. Needless to say I will be avoiding EA games. The date may not be the right date but it was close to then.

Very bad experience with them . I had my credit card since 2008 in U.K. and never had any problems. In 2020 someone get a replacement card while I am a broad. I don’t know how he gets throw their security questions!.later they reduce my limit while I have been a victim of fraud then troubles start. It’s hard to use mg credit card anywhere. Therefore I asked to cancel my account despite offer. Never increased limit again . Totally unhappy with them.

Amazon had been fooling the customer, product was order 20 day before now on the app they say it returning the product to seller. This is not the first time 3/4 time it has been done. If Amazon can't deliver should not post on its app should not fool public
