Great service that always deliver. Even though we're using the same material/process as with other services the quality is usually better with Shapeways. I think their default layer height is smaller than comparable services offering MJF. Would be a 5 star if their casting service was a bit faster.

I’ve raised a serious complaint with the UK directors of Intuit QuickBooks due to discriminatory and unhelpful treatment I received from their phone support team. I will update this review once I’ve received a response — but so far, this has been an extremely distressing experience involving an unauthorised payment and a complete lack of understanding around neurodivergent communication needs to rectify my situation.

We used to struggle with creating and managing forms on multiple websites and email campaigns. I now use Typeform to centralize all the embedded contact forms on 4 of our Corporate sites, as links in multi-question email satisfaction surveys and single question transaction surveys. Typeform makes it easy to create great looking forms that actually get responses. Are there limitations? Yes, a few, but Typeform has done a great job of creating versatile templates that can be adapted for many different needs without having to write a line of code. Typeform saves me hours of development and maintenance time. Just the solution I was looking for!

An order I picked up from a King Soopers contained completely thawed or thawing freezer items and refrigerator items which were warm to the touch. I called Kroger's customer service department to report the problem and was told by a supervisor I would receive a refund. I also received an email from a customer service representative stating the refund could take 7-10 days to appear in my account. The refund, however, wasn't received within the stated timeframe, and Kroger has yet to respond to an email I sent requesting a status update. After waiting fifteen business days, I therefore called Kroger and was told their finance department did not approve the refund I was told twice I would receive. This is an absolute outrage. If Kroger received spoiled goods from a distributor, would they refuse the order and expect either a reimbursement or a replacement? Isn't this the least anyone would expect? I will be shopping elsewhere and suggest people who value honesty, integrity and quality do the same. It's shocking that Kroger has so little regard for their customers that they would provide spoiled goods and then refuse to honor their word. Save yourself the time and trouble of having to pursue legal recourse by avoiding this dishonest business. It may also save you and your family or friends from food poisoning since King Soopers clearly mishandled my food order and could do the same with yours. A grocery store that can't be trusted to handle food safely simply can't be trusted.

I purchased a hp printer and had to have it replaced 6 months later because it stop scanning. Yesterday I changed ink cartridges and keep getting and error for the cyan cartridge. Contacted hp and they assume that it is a defective cartridge. I purchased a new one, same issue. I contacted hp again,..and after sending proof that I purchased a new cartridge, I was that there is nothing they can do and a supervisor has to call me. I have work to do. This is unacceptable
