I purchased a hp printer and had to have it replaced 6 months later because it stop scanning. Yesterday I changed ink cartridges and keep getting and error for the cyan cartridge. Contacted hp and they assume that it is a defective cartridge. I purchased a new one, same issue. I contacted hp again,..and after sending proof that I purchased a new cartridge, I was that there is nothing they can do and a supervisor has to call me. I have work to do. This is unacceptable
