I've been with Teachable for years and I'm so fed up. I should have done this way sooner, but I need to change to a different platform. Problem after problem, and the support is HORRIBLE. The latest thing? Suddenly, NONE of my students are receiving their login credentials! They pay money, but oops, can't get in! And I've been waiting over 24 hours for help from Teachable (on a plan that's SUPPOSED to have access to 12 hours a day live chat) and STILL NO RESPONSE. Kajabi here I come.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrendous customer service both via email and phone calls. The metal print I ordered was incredibly poor quality with sharp edges and the wood backing splintered. They insisted that I somehow destroy the item (again - it’s metal) and only then would I receive a refund! Unwilling to allow me to donate the item to a worthy charity thrift store and provide a receipt. Unwilling to provide a reasonable discount if I kept the product. I do not recommend this company and will never use again.

It was generally fine beforehand, but now it's just terrible. It randomly closes down, goes back a step that you've already completed and subtracts goals you've completed. I've reported so many times where my answer was correct and they told me it was wrong, and they send a joyful email confirming that my assertion was accepted - they should be ashamed not joyful. Further, the customer service is worthless. Not going to use it anymore.

I agreed to carry a device with me for a few weeks and daily enter details of my travels. In return I was promised $70 as well as an extra $5 for filling in a survey prior to starting. I returned the device at the end of the period, as requested and was advised they had received it. However NO payment has been forthcoming since despite THREE emails to them - the first two of which received a response but no result.As a consequence I now have to assume they are either disastrously badly run or are a complete scam who never had any intention to pay their debts.My advice to anyone who they ask to do any sort of survey, is to save yourself the effort and frustration at the end when you dont get paid.

We booked the on/off trolley in San Diego last minute while on a cruise. It was easy to book online and we really enjoyed the day. Our driver was so much fun and made the trip informative as well as entertaining. It was well worth it, and there is no need to book through the cruiseline as there is a stop right at the port as well as stops about 1/3 mile in either direction from the port. Just FYI, we missed Old Town San Diego because we got off at Little Italy not realizing it would be mostly restaurants, instead of shops and wine stores. It was a nice area and we did walk the street both ways, then walked back to the ship. Just sorry we didn't go on to Old Town. But we highly recommend the trolley tour.
