My email address has been hackedIv not used Facebook for at least 10 years but whoever has control of my email account is posting as meCan I get it stopped ????Iv given up, Facebook has sent me round in circles for 3 hours now, I can’t sign in or out funny the hackers can tho

Unable to speak to a person

Unable to speak to a person. You just get their AI receptionist. I don't want to speak to a robot. I want to speak to a human. We have a booking emergency and being forced to speak to an automated machine is unprofessional. Whoever made the decision to use AI as a receptionist, you need to rethink it.

So I recently canceled my Aweber service because I migrated my business to an All-One marketing platform. So yes this is an ironic review.No fault of Aweber though. Just cost effective for me.Nonetheless I had requested a refund from Aweber for the last debit on my account and it was handled very professionally. The customer service is really top class
