If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrendous customer service both via email and phone calls. The metal print I ordered was incredibly poor quality with sharp edges and the wood backing splintered. They insisted that I somehow destroy the item (again - it’s metal) and only then would I receive a refund! Unwilling to allow me to donate the item to a worthy charity thrift store and provide a receipt. Unwilling to provide a reasonable discount if I kept the product. I do not recommend this company and will never use again.
