Upstairs changing room closed asked to go downstairs, but queue is long. Asked why upstairs is closed and was told it’s not busy upstairs. How stupid is that? There no need for customers to wait anymore than 5 minutes if they just open the changing room. Really poor management!

Outlook Mail has become shockingly bad.In the past year, I discovered that many emails which had been sent to me were not being received, not even in my junk box. I reported it to Microsoft, but their 'service' person was so bad, he eventually told me to contact the 'senders' to tell them their email is not being received - as if it is their fault, and as if I even know how many emails have been sent to me and not received. There are many posts complaining about this on answers.microsoft.com. One person even wrote directly to microsoft and received no answer. I have switched to gmail after using hotmail for more than 30 years.

Our party of 8 was seated on the patio by the hostess, and a waitress took our order. After being at the restaurant for 30 minutes, an employee came and told us that we needed to split our group because we had more than 6 people. We explained that 2 employees sat us and took our order and didn't mention it. That employee left and got Jeff the manager. He was extremely rude, placing blame on us for sitting together. We tried to explain the situation and he basically said that he didn't care, "wasn't going to deal with any of this crap, and that if we were going to threaten to leave that we could just leave. " our food came out at that point and we all left. The restaurant lost our over 100 dollar check, the waitress lost her tip, and they lost the cost of all the food they made. The manager never apologized for the mistake or anything. It was a situation that could have been fixed and instead it lost them a lot of money, lots of bad reviews, and we will not be back to the meridian location as long as Jeff is the manager. It was a pathetic experience and he either needs lots of training on management or he needs a demotion.

Problem with the app version for months now. First , if you came out of an article, it went back to the top of the page of that news section. This went on for weeks, making the decision to go into an article one of 'is it worth it?'That seemed to be corrected, but then it started reverting to the top of the News section, no matter where you were. Plus any graphic was missing the right side of the caption . That too was corrected but, again, over weeks, such that I got a large discount for 3 months.Now, the problem is that every time the paper 'updates,' the link is lost and scrolling down an article freezes and looking at comments is impossible. Note, I don't have this problem on any other app. The app sometimes chucks me out altogether. Intriguingly, and the probable cause, is the occasional flash message (the first part is missing) referring to the Times app not having an Android system (8) as up to date as mine (14) with commands "may be delayed."This can happen every 5 minutes in the morning, less so in the evening, so at the first sign of lagging, it's just best to log out and in again. Pretty bad for a leading paper.Similar comments on Google reviews, so not just me.

Which they never did they just sent the broken phone back.Originally they told me that it wasn't my phone so they wouldn't fix it despite buying direct from the company.Every customer service rep promised the world. But they just have a script to fob customers off.Using words like I personally promised to fix this for you and please don't worry I'll personally take care of it.All lies.I made a bad purchase and it will stay with me. gog became an extremely unpleasant place to spend your time and to buy games.The main reasons why you should buy games and other media content elsewhere:* many games that were published in the gog and the Steam store on the same day do not have the same number of features. For example, a game in the Steam store has the next features: Achievements, Cloud Saves, Controller Support, Multiplayer, and Co-op the same game in the gog store has only Cloud Saves and Controller support which is a real situation not for a couple of games but for hundreds of games, and no that is not an over-exaggeration;* gog Galaxy (ver_2.xx) is the problematic software. All that is because instead of adding new features and making optimizations after that gog software department decided to add a lot of features (sometimes even unnecessary) but forgot that there is a thing like optimization. gog Galaxy even in an idle state takes about 5% of CPU resources. Compared to the Steam launcher - it takes about 3% of CPU resources while sending saves to the Cloud. At the same time the previous version of the Galaxy ver_1,2,67,58 - is lightweight, user-friendly, and has all the necessary features for 90% of gamers. One big problem - it is outdated, so it is much easier to crack, and because of that it is not as secure as it was 5-7 years ago;* next problem with gog Galaxy ver_2.xx - it is not reliable. Sometimes it works OK, but sometimes it does not work at all. While playing games (with Achievements, Overlay support, and Cloud) you can find out that Galaxy launcher does not register anything described. You may think that all works great but when you decide to log out of the game you could find out that none of your progress was saved. And NO, that is not because of PC configuration/settings, the Internet, or the game itself;* the only thing why I gave gog 1 star out of 5 is the DRM-free policy for the games. But as always with gog there is a "but". Not all games are completely free of DRM, tracking scripts, or bloatware. Some publishers decide not to delete their special software (like data collecting and so-called "crush dump" software) from the games that are in the gog store, so there is no way to say that you have games completely free of DRM ;* small number of games that come with multiplayer support from the box. gog does not have even a 1/3 of multiplayer games that are available in other game stores (Steam, EGS), besides that, gog community members also dislike playing games in coop/multiplayer mode. If you like to play multiplayer games much more than singleplayer games, gog definitely is not your choice;* gog personnel (all or partially) are biased to russian users. Whatever russians will do to other gamers (hate speech messages, or messages with violent content, etc.), especially to Ukrainian gamers, they will not be punished for that. That made me think that there are 2 variants of why gog does so: gog personnel contains a lot of russians/pro-russian employees and/or high management of the company is preparing to renew russian users in the store so those russian creatures/scum will be able to buy games in the store again.All described above are the objective reasons why gog store is not the best place to buy media content. I also have my own subjective reasons why I stopped buying games in the store, like design and style change of the web version of the store, the unreasonableness of prices in comparison to other game stores, and some other, but the main problems with the store I described above. Now it is all up to you to decide if the gog store is a good place or not to invest your own money.P.S. I also have had some propositions on how to make the gog store more enjoyable for gamers/users and send those propositions to the gog company. Still, they were completely ignored, so I understood that the gog company spits on their customers = investors.

Still no tickets leading up to the movie.I STILL havent received the tickets (it's Tue, 7/23). Called & emailed Fandango support and they will not provide a refund for something I never received! I'm doing the Arabic one and while it is fairly enjoyable I'm not sure I'm learning much. I find the repetition tedious and examples are shallow....'Your dog is weird'. 'Bob is weird'Also, the politically correct LGBT stance is irritating 'Carrie is married to Judy'. As others mentioned, why bring sexual politics into it?Anyway at the rate of learning vocab, it would take 10 years to have a proper conversation. Better ones on the market.

I placed an order over a month ago, and I still didn’t receive it. They sent me the wrong item initially and I requested a return. Then they sent me exactly the same wrong item again. And again. And now I find myself having paid for the order over a month ago and still not having the item in my hands.This is the absolute worst shopping experience in my life. Their support is garbage, I’ve been hung up on several times for asking to speak to the manager. And after over 10 calls they still never let me talk to any supervisor.No offer of compensation, nothing.And today after calling and going over all this BS once again the customer service rep told me that she “highly recommends to just return the item and get a refund“. These people are cretins, all of them, from warehouse workers to customer service. They treat customers like sheet. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. They are absolutely terrible.

Call centres in Philippines are truly dreadful. They take no responsibility except to say they will 'raise a ticket' - this is like being in the 70s. No one returns your calls and emails go unanswered. You can't speak to a manager as no one is ever around. Truly awful company to deal with. Returning my laptop as a result.
