This is byfar the worst company on the earth when it comes to cusomer service.What started out as a simple issue resulted in weeks of callsand emails. Avoid at all costs. Save yourself the hassle. Call centres in Philippines are truly dreadful. They take no responsibility except to say they will 'raise a ticket' - this is like being in the 70s. No one returns your calls and emails go unanswered. You can't speak to a manager as no one is ever around. Truly awful company to deal with. Returning my laptop as a result.
