Review of booking

Awful

Awful. Made a booking that was non-refundable. The owner cancelled the booking. Booking dot com refuse to accept it has been cancelled and after 45 minutes on the phone have emailed me to say they are confirming the booking?! Even though the owner has cancelled and messaged on their portal to confirm it is cancelled. I am £237 out of pocket and having to contact my credit card provider for a charge back. Absolutely disgraceful.

Shameful return/exchange policy

We just bought two premier league jerseys from adidas. They sent us kids small instead of adult small. I just went back and looked at the confirmation email. Nowhere on the email does it specify kids small. Adidas will not give any refund nor credit toward buying the proper size because the players names are printed on the back, even though they sell millions of these jerseys every year. We are out $200 with no recourse. Shameful. We know that the unit cost on these jerseys is a small fraction of the price. You should honor an exchange.

Honestly, I'm so over this trash can company. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEIR YEARLY UPDATES breaks my computer. AND NOT ONE OF THESE UPDATES is worthwhile or helpful to their customers. And their "AI intelligence" is anything but intelligent. I swear this company hates its customers. Which is absolutely fine, because after a decade of being your customer, I'm leaving you for Capture One.

I received a defective s22

I received a defective s22, and Samsung technicians refused to repair it. They wouldn't accept my calls during business hours, nor did they resolve any issues I've had with this phone. They sent it back to me, still broken, without a word and while ignoring my attempts to reach them. I'll hate them forever.

Another fabulous visit!

Another fabulous experience at a National Trust House - this time at Max Gate in Dorset. Only thing that let it down is no refreshments onsite. Apparently there was tea / coffee facilities previously - please bring them back @NationalTrust - to make this property score a perfect 5 stars! Highly recommend a visit though!
