Awful. Made a booking that was non-refundable. The owner cancelled the booking. Booking dot com refuse to accept it has been cancelled and after 45 minutes on the phone have emailed me to say they are confirming the booking?! Even though the owner has cancelled and messaged on their portal to confirm it is cancelled. I am £237 out of pocket and having to contact my credit card provider for a charge back. Absolutely disgraceful.
