You should check if your money arrives in your wallet correctly. They cannot even handle A refund correctly and they pur YOUR money from YOUR wallet without any consensus. Also, some refunds were not reflected in my wallet and I asked them to investigate and no answer came back. I do not think that they understand what money belongs to who.

I sent my laptop in for repair over a month ago, including my charger as instructed - only for it to be returned without a charger. I've spent WEEKS corresponding with customer service about the issue, only to be told they can't send a replacement because there's no proof that I sent the charger. If I knew I would need proof I would have taken a photo. Asus doesn't care about its customers at all, it would rather save a few pounds than replace a charger that a new customer was left without after it was somehow lost by the courier or repair centre. I've felt so stressed and powerless these past weeks, messaging them constantly, practically begging for a replacement charger. They just don't give a damn.*edit* regarding Asus' reply: I already sent the RMA weeks ago to the Asus customer service contact for my region. This is what began my terrible experience with customer support, and my issue is still not resolved.

Ongoing complaint. Rental property was NOT as advertised. No hot water and no heating though both stated on description (basic I would have thought). VRBO is, at the moment, less than useless. Waiting on Ixia at present to resolve my complaint. Leslie was the previous agent but when I tried to reply to her last email, it seems the case was closed. They blame the owner BUT I booked though VRBO so surely they are the agents who should sort this? Just an absolute slog trying to make them understand despite screenshots of conversations with owner etc. Have booked two trips for this year with other companies as VRBO cannot be trusted.UPDATE: The matter is now resolved however I do feel it shouldn't have to come to posting a negative review before you get a result. Happy with the outcome but this should have been resolved weeks ago. Thank you though VRBO for acting promptly at this stage.

They provided us with information to help me narrow down my search, how to score the companies after demos, how to prepare for demos, and what questions to ask during the demos. They helped narrow down my selection with the criteria I provided. They sent our information to the companies to start the process. They made this dreadful hunt hassle free. I definitely recommend Software Advice, and I will use them in the future!

I desperately needed a reliable sitter for a one time job. I am a grandmother so definitely do not need this service. I thought I was signing up for a one month subscription only to realize I had a $335.40 charge on my credit card. I immediately went on the site to cancel whatever it was I had unknowingly signed up for only to be told there are no refunds, this was within 24 hours. I agreed to pay the one month fee of $38 with the commitment of a refund in 10-14 days. After waiting two weeks with no refund I contacted them again only to be told there are no refunds on subscriptions. The site is very misleading with its'cancel at any time' promise, when actually yes you can cancel but you won't get your money back. I now have to get my credit card company involved. I will never use or promote this site.

Customer support isn’t great but the platform is easy enough to use. They are on the pricier end and I just found an all in one platform for my funnel, website, with AI integration, and email campaigning so that is what I’m switching to and it’s half the price I was paying before. It would be helpful to have an easier way to take the built up list off the platform too, I think that’s done on purpose to deter people from leaving.
