So it seems Zara no longer give paper receipts, so in order to get a receipt you need to give them your personal details (email /telephone etc) or download their app (more details given). You will then get an email receipt...... Clearly no-one thought this through. My partner just purchased an item, had the item in a bag and walked out of the store - the alarm sounded so security asked for proof of purchase - only there is no paper receipt, and the 'email' receipt had not come through yet. So security marches my partner back to the desk and makes her stand there for 15 minutes until the lady who served her appeared..... and said it was OK. -Great Shopping Experience Zara !!!!!! Muppets

Avoid at all costs.Signed up during middle of last year, completing surveys now and again (more were ones I did not meet criteria for). However, without notice, my account was terminated, no notice given to redeem accrued points. Emailed to enquire why I couldn’t redeem my points. Takes a good week for any response. First response was that it was a technical error and the problem was sorted (which it hasn’t). Second response was that after a review my account had been terminated and that they can do that - read the t’s and c’s. That was fine (it’s what I accepted when I signed up), however, the lack of openness and communication to tell me allow me to redeem my points is what did it for me. Still waiting for a response………….Much better online survey companies out there. Stay clear of IPSOS at all costs is my advice

Ticket based support is advertised as being included in the Pro plan but this service is not delivered. They take more than 1 month to reply to tickets and when they do they just give a useless generic answer and close the ticket rather than trying to help and find an issue. This is misleading advertising and a despicable commercial practice.
