Ongoing complaint. Rental property was NOT as advertised. No hot water and no heating though both stated on description (basic I would have thought). VRBO is, at the moment, less than useless. Waiting on Ixia at present to resolve my complaint. Leslie was the previous agent but when I tried to reply to her last email, it seems the case was closed. They blame the owner BUT I booked though VRBO so surely they are the agents who should sort this? Just an absolute slog trying to make them understand despite screenshots of conversations with owner etc. Have booked two trips for this year with other companies as VRBO cannot be trusted.UPDATE: The matter is now resolved however I do feel it shouldn't have to come to posting a negative review before you get a result. Happy with the outcome but this should have been resolved weeks ago. Thank you though VRBO for acting promptly at this stage.
