Advanced, and well built platform unfortunately degraded with some of the worst and most frustrating support in the industry. You end up waiting 1 week for a reply only to get a cookie-cutter copy and paste that does not address your issue. If you're lucky enough to find an agent that read your email, rest assured they only read 1/3'rd and won't address your main concern. Then they send you around and around. You're basically on your own.Their new UI makes less sense, and they seemingly removed their status feed, which was very useful.For what you get it's too $$$

I used to visit this site many times a day until I noticed that I was just wasting my life away reading this rubbish. I am so glad that I have stopped going to this so called illuminati site.

Now they are getting readers ready for WWIII, New World Order. Well the fact is they have been doing this from the get go. So I will not buy into this fear and hate they are inciting.

AVOID buying into fear and the mind games the media plays. By all means this is not the only paper that do it. I believe they all do, but this one is just picked up from where the other dead paper left off. They updated this app to make it a total joke. After I decided to try one of the new features, Snapchat groups that is, I added all my contacts by accident when some of these ppl I didn’t even know cz I was accepting everybody who would add me (again you can’t even know who adds you). So, of course, immediately I tried to remove them from this group but THERE WAS NO OPTION TO REMOVE THEM. they started fighting and to my biggest embarrassment my exes were there, family and co-workers and my boss. It got beyond embarrassing. My exes started calling me names and fighting. And I couldn’t do anything. Honestly I decided to leave the group in the end and block all these ppl out of my life and even changed my number out of embarrassment. I mailed Snapchat to immediately remove this group since they don’t have a normal phone number to call their support. I stated it was urgent and they have to erase this group chat ASAP and remove this group. Nobody even replied. I was so mortified embarrassed and ashamed I left the group and left the rest of my contacts fight in there and call me names without me even watching it. I immediately opted for erasing my account out of embarrassment. Asking each one of my contacts to leave the chat group on their own was out of the question bc I was on bad terms with the majority of them. All I’m saying is stay away from Snapchat, it can ruin your life like it ruined mine. Snapchat won’t even bother to respond. I hate this app I hope it goes bankrupt for a good change!!!!

You have not replied to my complaint to your company reference is: BCA-26447-25-4747-04. That you were going to refer me to a debt collection agency for 2 instances of me supposedly non payment to you when at that time I did not have an account with you. The complaint was made on the 4 April 2025 and you stated that I should here from you within approx 3 weeks, that was 6 weeks ago and I have not heard from you despite me emailing you to enquire about this matter. During this time I have for the first time in my life been refused a credit card which I hoe is not down to this incident. If I do not here from Klarna by the 1st June 2025 I will refer this matter to the financial ombudsman. This matter has caused me and my wife who suffers from anxiety considerable distress from a company we have never dealt with. You attitude in this matter is deplorable and shows you utter contempt to people who use your service (even those who have not).Now having eventually got a reply from Klarna since I gave a bad revue on trustpilot, as my emails went without a reply. I have now closed the account you requested me to open so that I could raise the fraudulent transactions. I feel the way you treat people is deplorable, I never used your company and was yet sent a letter saying you were going to appoint a debt collection agency against me. Yes I did ignore several emails from Klarna. But then as I had never used your company I assumed they were scams due to the broken english in the email. Finally I think your final email to me shows the way to treat people. This is a copy of the final email sent to me from Klarna;- Hello XXXXX, My name is XXXXX. so awhile back, cant exactly remember the day it happened but i had a "PRIVATE" playlist full of funny clips and whatnot right? they can apparently delete a "PRIVATE" playlist that was mainly just full of funny videos because the "PRIVATE" playlist violates the safety of children... no idea why it would considering there was no inappropriate videos on there and it was a "PRIVATED" playlist... so does that mean that people can actually see what's in my playlists!? so i appealed it cause that was ridicules but they rejected it... love how you can't contact these doorknobs on the matter either. absolutely awful and i hope they do better or better yet, get back to me on this matter as i feel they were 1 million percent wrong. if i could give 0 stars, i would
