Advanced, and well built platform unfortunately degraded with some of the worst and most frustrating support in the industry. You end up waiting 1 week for a reply only to get a cookie-cutter copy and paste that does not address your issue. If you're lucky enough to find an agent that read your email, rest assured they only read 1/3'rd and won't address your main concern. Then they send you around and around. You're basically on your own.Their new UI makes less sense, and they seemingly removed their status feed, which was very useful.For what you get it's too $$$
