Not worth a star, customers ignored, disgusting company

You have not replied to my complaint to your company reference is: BCA-26447-25-4747-04. That you were going to refer me to a debt collection agency for 2 instances of me supposedly non payment to you when at that time I did not have an account with you. The complaint was made on the 4 April 2025 and you stated that I should here from you within approx 3 weeks, that was 6 weeks ago and I have not heard from you despite me emailing you to enquire about this matter. During this time I have for the first time in my life been refused a credit card which I hoe is not down to this incident. If I do not here from Klarna by the 1st June 2025 I will refer this matter to the financial ombudsman. This matter has caused me and my wife who suffers from anxiety considerable distress from a company we have never dealt with. You attitude in this matter is deplorable and shows you utter contempt to people who use your service (even those who have not).Now having eventually got a reply from Klarna since I gave a bad revue on trustpilot, as my emails went without a reply. I have now closed the account you requested me to open so that I could raise the fraudulent transactions. I feel the way you treat people is deplorable, I never used your company and was yet sent a letter saying you were going to appoint a debt collection agency against me. Yes I did ignore several emails from Klarna. But then as I had never used your company I assumed they were scams due to the broken english in the email. Finally I think your final email to me shows the way to treat people. This is a copy of the final email sent to me from Klarna;- Hello XXXXX, My name is XXXXX. Thank you for reaching out to Klarna.We are writing to inform you that the investigation into the unauthorized purchase including your details has been completed. We have taken the necessary steps to resolve the issue, and any adjustments required have been made to the orders.We are pleased to confirm that there is nothing further for you to pay regarding this matter. We sincerely apologize for any stress or inconvenience this situation may have caused you. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring your experience with Klarna is a positive one.If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
