They updated this app to make it a total joke. After I decided to try one of the new features, Snapchat groups that is, I added all my contacts by accident when some of these ppl I didn’t even know cz I was accepting everybody who would add me (again you can’t even know who adds you). So, of course, immediately I tried to remove them from this group but THERE WAS NO OPTION TO REMOVE THEM. they started fighting and to my biggest embarrassment my exes were there, family and co-workers and my boss. It got beyond embarrassing. My exes started calling me names and fighting. And I couldn’t do anything. Honestly I decided to leave the group in the end and block all these ppl out of my life and even changed my number out of embarrassment. I mailed Snapchat to immediately remove this group since they don’t have a normal phone number to call their support. I stated it was urgent and they have to erase this group chat ASAP and remove this group. Nobody even replied. I was so mortified embarrassed and ashamed I left the group and left the rest of my contacts fight in there and call me names without me even watching it. I immediately opted for erasing my account out of embarrassment. Asking each one of my contacts to leave the chat group on their own was out of the question bc I was on bad terms with the majority of them. All I’m saying is stay away from Snapchat, it can ruin your life like it ruined mine. Snapchat won’t even bother to respond. I hate this app I hope it goes bankrupt for a good change!!!!
