This app has a terrible refund policy. They claim it is impossible to grant a refund after the movie start time; that means that if you buy tickets but something is wrong (screen too dark, theater lights not off, no picture, no sound, etc) and leave the movie, it’s impossible to get a refund. Every movie theater chain will tell you that Fandango needs to refund your money & Fandango will tell you it’s impossible to give you a refund because of “their system” not allowing. No one will take responsibility, they act like “the system” is doing this to you, not the terrible business choices of the company.

The worst company ever!!!! i highly recommend them to close this bad bad Business and instead open some Adult Entertainment since prostitution is legal in Germany and I'm sure they would also failed! 2 months to register in their DSL service !!!! I didn't this sh@t not in the poorest country ! you can't reach the customer service they using very bad chaep answer machine can't understand the numbers correctly , they just send me the device and I'm waiting 2 months !! now since this how they start with new customer imagen in have to stay registered with these clowns for 2 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is like the hell itself !! Klarna refunded a customer £745 from order rycYXGFvgW9HS3mhHjE0sUyTW (Dispute ID: 380047768440884) even though we provided a valid proof of delivery showing the full UK address, recipient signature, delivery date, and time.The only reason given? The delivery slip didn’t explicitly say “UK” – despite the clear presence of a UK postcode (NN2 8QZ) and the delivery being to Northamptonshire. The recipient (Antony Seaman) signed for it, and we followed Klarna’s shipping policy exactly.As a merchant, I find this completely unacceptable. Klarna’s decision-making lacks basic logic and offers no real protection for businesses. We trusted Klarna to act fairly – this experience has seriously damaged that trust.Merchants, be very careful. Klarna’s dispute resolution process is not fit for purpose.
