The worst company ever!!!! i highly recommend them to close this bad bad Business and instead open some Adult Entertainment since prostitution is legal in Germany and I'm sure they would also failed! 2 months to register in their DSL service !!!! I didn't this sh@t not in the poorest country ! you can't reach the customer service they using very bad chaep answer machine can't understand the numbers correctly , they just send me the device and I'm waiting 2 months !! now since this how they start with new customer imagen in have to stay registered with these clowns for 2 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is like the hell itself !! No No No I prefer to stay with no internet to be with them !! now I just want to give them their router back !!
